Bingo Annoucement 9/24/26
Purse Bingo is this Saturday, and there’s still time to get involved!
Every student who sells a table or 10 tickets will be entered into a drawing for FREE recital costumes. It’s not too late to enter!
Tickets, tables, and sponsorships are still available. It takes a village to make this fundraiser a success, and if each studio family helps sell even just one item, it makes a HUGE impact on our dance studio.
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, donated, or supported the event so far. We’re hoping for 100% studio participation, and we can’t wait to have a blast with you on Saturday!
Parent Info Meeting Highlights 9/10/26
- What is Beaumont Ballet Theatre?
- · Beaumont Ballet Theatre is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
- · BBT was established to support the dance studio and encourage dance education and appreciation by the members and the community.
- · BBT is run by Miss Emma and the Beaumont Ballet Theatre Guild, made up of past and present studio parents.
- · Duties: Plan and execute fundraisers for various purposes including the annual production of Cinderella, dancer scholarships, free community school performances, and major studio projects and renovations.
- · Parents can sign up below if you have an interest in joining and would like more information.
- Current Focus of BBT
- · Encourage and promote new membership.
- · Our studio B repair cost was roughly $16,000. Due to this major expense, extra fundraising is needed to supplement our annual expenses.
- · Optimize reaching our profit goal for our upcoming Purse Bingo Fundraiser, which will be held Saturday, September 26th.
- Purse Bingo Needs
- · Attend the event. Everyone from parents, dancers, teachers, and volunteers have a BLAST at our event each year. You won’t want to miss it!
- · Buy or sell a sponsorship.
- · PROMOTE! Please promote the event by sharing on your social media pages, selling tickets and sponsorships, sharing with co-workers, local mom groups, book clubs, local businesses, other activities, etc.
- · Join a committee. On the sign up below, we will have 2 major opportunities to get involved and help with this year’s event. More details will be listed in the descriptions.
- · Our profit goal for this event is $10,000 and we know with help from our studio family and community we can make that happen!
- Looking Ahead
- · The studio is partnering with Beaumont Ballet Theatre to purchase a new permanent studio location.
- · We will be launching a capital campaign for this project shortly after we complete our purse bingo fundraiser.
- · Be on the lookout for more information on ways to get involved with this project over the next few weeks.
Opening Day Announcement 8/31/26
Hi families,
Unfortunately, we have come across a very unexpected issue with the electrical power in studio B and the repairs will not be done before classes this afternoon. We will have to cancel Junior Modern and both PBT classes for today. All ballet classes will still be held as originally scheduled.
We are so deeply sorry for this inconvenience and hopeful that tomorrow everything will be back in working order.
We are still very excited to see all of our students in ballet today! See you this afternoon!

Studio families,
Thank you for being patient with us this Summer as we have been navigating the studio renovations, repairs, etc. We are thrilled to announce that
REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
For the 2026-2027 dance season we will be back in our current facility with both units in working order.
Be sure to check the class info page for the class schedule, policies, and tuition updates for the upcoming season.
Classes begin August 31st.

We are also excited to share that we are in the very early planning stages of building a permanent location for Bonnie Cokinos School of Dance. We will have more info to share in the coming months.

Backstage moms,
While we are running each show this weekend please be enforcing:
-Absolutely NO eating in costumes! Dancers can eat snacks right before or after each show.
-No dancers in the balcony or lobby areas during shows.
-No costumes should be worn outside of the dressing rooms or backstage area.
-No running or rowdy play in the theatre.

choreography sessions for Cinderella solos (Level 4/5).
Announcement 10/20/25
Hi families! A few students have inquired about private lessons this Fall so we have created a sign-up
for anyone that would like to book a lesson. We will continue to add time slots throughout the dance season.
Private lessons are a great way for students to get extra practice with individualized
attention. They can be used to make up excessive absences, catch up after moving to a new
level, or simply refine and strengthen current technique. Lessons are available in ballet or jazz
technique and are $30 per 45-minute session. Click the link below to register:
